A LITTLE CLARITY GOES A LONG WAY

Here to help.

A practical guide to TOKIO’s connected features and what requires provider setup.

Frequently asked questions

How do I publish a video?

Sign in, open Create, upload a supported video, add a caption and hashtags, then review and confirm public publishing. The uploader shows actual progress. Videos must be no longer than 120 seconds.

Are drafts and private messages private?

Draft metadata and message drafts use account-scoped storage. Uploaded files themselves are publicly accessible. Message sending is disabled until a recipient-authorized private backend is connected.

Why is AI generation unavailable?

A provider API key must be set in server Secrets. The first integration is restricted to the app owner to protect costs; ordinary creator limits and billing need a secure server data layer before public generation can be enabled.

Do video views automatically earn money?

No. Earnings require an approved reward program, verified watch time, original-content checks, fraud controls, and finalized ledger records. Displayed sample engagement never becomes payable earnings.

Can I buy coins or withdraw in Pakistan?

Not yet. Provider approval for virtual gifts and local creator payouts has not been established. Ordinary card checkout does not authorize a marketplace payout use case. No coins, fees, or balances are invented.

How can I delete my account?

The connected authentication SDK has no self-service delete method. An authorized operator must remove the identity through the Users panel and securely clean up account records. The app will not falsely claim deletion.

Where are setup and deployment instructions?

The project includes README.md and docs/DELIVERY.md with connected capabilities, server secret instructions, model collections, remaining integrations, and an acceptance-test checklist.
